Rendón señala que se identifica con cada pilar de la marca: inteligencia, eficiencia, ecológico y seguro
The life of Judge Josefina Rendón is filled with many “being the first”. Being an attorney since 1977, Rendón was the first Hispanic women lawyer of Harris County and the first woman and Hispanic as Civil Service Commissioner in Houston. She became the third Latina municipal judge in Houston and still holds that position for 28 of the last 32 years. For standing out in roles such as conflict resolution, negotiation, cultural diversity and the law, Ford acknowledged her in its fourth year of Legendary Woman. “I feel very grateful. Is a pride and an honor receiving this recognition from Ford” she told PRODU. Rendón said she identifies with Fords four core characteristics: smart, green, quality and safety. “The cores in any structure, company or person must be more or less in the same level for the structure, company or person be in the best balance possible. If one core is too high or low or unequal with the others, the structure, company or person maybe not prepared to deal with difficulties. In keeping the balance between all the cores can usually result in being more prepared and gaining strength” she explained. She praises that Ford continues to celebrate Hispanic attributes and every woman that has progressed or is trying to.
